FUELD Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
Promoter
This giveaway is operated by FUELD (“FUELD”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway commences at 12:00 PM AEST on 6 May 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 28 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries submitted outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members, or affiliates of FUELD may not enter.
By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.
How to Enter
To receive one (1) standard entry into the giveaway, participants must during the Promotional Period:
- Follow the official FUELD Instagram account;
- Like the giveaway post; and
- Comment “FUELD” on the giveaway post.
Bonus Entry
Participants will receive one (1) additional bonus entry if they share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag the official FUELD account.
To be applicable of bonus entry, applicants MUST tag the FUELD account otherwise it will not register on our end.
Participants must ensure their story is visible to FUELD at the time of posting. Private accounts may be required to provide proof of sharing if requested.
Entry Limits
Only one (1) standard entry is permitted per person.
Multiple comments do not result in additional entries. Any duplicate, spam, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at FUELD’s discretion.
Participants may only receive a maximum of:
- one (1) standard entry from commenting; and
- one (1) bonus entry from sharing the post to their Instagram Story and tagging the official FUELD account.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a FUELD collection package selected by FUELD.
Prize contents, styles, colours, and sizing are subject to availability.
Where requested sizes are unavailable, FUELD reserves the right to substitute products, sizes, colours, or items of equal or greater value at its discretion.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
FUELD reserves the right to modify or substitute the prize if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random within seven (7) days of the giveaway closing date.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official FUELD account.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of initial contact, FUELD reserves the right to redraw the prize.
FUELD may announce the winner publicly via Instagram.
General Conditions
FUELD reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and participants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Incomplete, indecipherable, automated, fraudulent, or inappropriate entries may be deemed invalid.
FUELD reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond reasonable control.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUELD is not responsible for:
- late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries;
- technical malfunctions or platform issues;
- any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
By entering, participants agree that FUELD may collect and use personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.
Participants’ information will not be sold to third parties.
Acceptance
By entering this giveaway, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
