Returns & Exchanges

We completely understand that sometimes things do not fit or feel quite right.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your item, and return shipping is on us. As long as your item is unworn, unwashed and still has all its original tags, we will take care of the rest. (Australia Only)

Return shipping is on us for all eligible items. Please note: The VP Racing Jacket is not eligible for free return shipping, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, it is still eligible for exchange.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will fix it quickly with a replacement, refund or repair, and you will not pay a cent for shipping.

Changed your mind? No problem. We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit so you can find something that feels right.

All returns are handled under the Australian Consumer Law, so you are always covered.
