At fueld110, operated by Aus-Torc Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery of your orders within Australia and internationally. This policy sets out how shipping is handled.
1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During busy periods, such as sales, launches, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Within Australia

Standard delivery times are generally 2 to 8 business days depending on your location.

Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on order size, weight, and location.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

3. International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance delays imposed by the destination country. These are not included in your order total.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs or international couriers.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Delivery Issues

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered parcels where the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, you may be responsible for additional re-shipping fees.
6. Returns Shipping

We offer free 30 day return shipping for exchanges only, limited to one exchange per order on eligible items. (Australia Only - VP Racing Jacket is Not Included)

Additional exchanges for the same order will be accepted where eligible, however the customer is responsible for all return shipping and re-shipping costs.

Where a product is returned for a refund, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact where applicable.

7. Shipping Costs
